According to Republican Peter Hoekstra, George W. Bush and his administration were caught red-handed violating the United States Constitution and breaking the law, and all the GOP Congressman did was to write a polite but direct letter. Too bad Democrats didn't think of that when they learned of Bill Clinton's affair with Monica Lewinsky.
