Hypocrisy or Nervousness?

U.S. Rep. Lynn Westmoreland, R-GA, who sponsored an amendment to a bill in the House of Representative which would require the Ten Commandants to be displayed in the Senate and House could not name them when asked.

In all fairness, he was appearing on The Colbert Report with Stephen Colbert and was probably nervous and just not showing his hypocrisy.
